Our Wellness Workations are combinations of personal training, coaching, meal planning and outdoor activities paired alongside and customizable with a professional’s existing work schedule.
Before arrival, our team issues brief questionnaires and conducts a pre-arrival interview to better assess the goals of each individual.
The traditional wellness workation offering has two weeks of personal training, both on mountainside (local trails) and in nearby gym (weightlifting, cardio routines), customized meal plan and a three day trekking adventure across Kullu and Parvati Valley.
